I'm Ish, a product designer based in Seattle & graduate from University of Washington with a B.S in Human Centered Design & Engineering
Over the past few years, I've designed consumer-facing and internal enterprise products for various industries, including real-estate, HR-tech, and health-tech. I've designed data-driven web and mobile apps, built design systems, and led user research initiatives!
👩💻 Recently, I designed for Microsoft, where I spearheaded the redesign of the support page to enhance personalization. Through meticulous research and iterative design, I successfully implemented personalization features across 15+ screens, reducing user workload by 25%
👩💻 Previously, I was a Product Designer @ Indeed, where I designed an internal web tool for Product Managers @ Indeed to track user drop off rates across the company. My design tool was implemented and used across 5+ platform teams at Indeed, streamlining their workload and increasing user satisfaction by 20%.
